time management, how do guys go to work full time and school full time and still have time to work out?

I am an EMT. and of course I gotta work it out, but im going to school and go to work full time. I do not have time, but it seems that the guys I work with always time for exercise. I am an hour late or something?

Can I get some time management tips? I have a dog, go to school, a full time job & NO social life but want one

Please help, I’m so overwhelmed and I feel frustrated and difficulty concentrating on what I want and I’m supposed to do. . . . Please give me advice!
