Get plenty of sleep.
Try reading aloud instead of in your head, this helps you retain the information better.
And relax, finals are not that important in your whole life.
Give your answer to this question below!

A good place to start is to ask yourself what type of learner you are. Is it easiest for you to remember things visually? Do things tend to stick when you write them down?
I find that the best way to study is with flashcards. They take time to make, but then you can use them to study anywhere. They are especially productive when you have some downtime, ten minutes here and there.
If you have less time, then try flowcharts. This is especially helpful if you are a visual learner. Take the main idea or theme and break it down. For example, say you are studying history, do something like this:
War of 1812
Major Generals: Major Battles
-A -A
-B -B
Good Luck! and mostly importantly, remember to sleep. Studies show that is the best way to retain knowledge and remember what you studied!
make yourself flash cards..that’s what I did to get me through college when I was 40! question on the front, answer on the back..know them backwards and forwards. Also, I made up my own exams of fill in the blanks..took them over and over..
Graduated from college in 2.5 years, raising two kids, working part time–walked across that stage and accepted my diploma at 40 years of age! video to prove it!!
although I’ve left school years ago I still study (all the time!!). I’m in I.T and have to keep on getting certifications. Here are some tips for you…

This might sound crazy:
but take a microphone (to your computer) and say your notes into the microphone.
then
listen to them on your computer and, if possible, put them on an mp3 player, and listen to them wherever you go (i.e. in the car)
it works wonders for me!
